Can I return my piece if I'm not happy with it? Your satisfaction is my priority. Marilu's Designs offers a hassle-free return and refund policy to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase.
What metals do I use? I make jewelry with Fine Silver (999 silver), Sterling Silver (925 silver) and Goldfilled wire (base wire with a thick layer of gold - long lasting) and, occasionally copper. These are often combined with high quality Austrian crystals, glass, fresh water pearls and gemstones. All fine and sterling silver pieces and copper have received a layer of tarnish protection, which is guaranteed for a maximum of a year.
Shipping Policy: There are no shipping charges. Depending on number of pieces ordered they will be shipped first class or priority mail.
Return & Refund Policy: Refund will be made if you return the item within 30 days from receiving date, provided the product has not been damaged. Return instructions will be included with your purchase.
